- 4 swordfish steaks about 800g or 1.76 lbs total
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C (392°F).
- Season swordfish steaks on both sides with salt.
- Place steaks in air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until steaks are charred on the outside and tender inside.
