Keto Steak Fajita Skillet
Ingredients
Steak
- 8 ounces sirloin tip steak
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
Skillet
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Season the sirloin with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika, and rub with olive oil.
- In a skillet, heat the olive over medium-high heat, sear the steak for 5 to 6 minutes per side ( depending on the thickness until cooked through to desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet, and set aside to rest.
- Slice the bell pepper into strips, Turn the skillet heat down to medium-low, and cook the peppers until soft and browned with the remaining salt and pepper,
- Slice the cooked steak into strips. Return them to the skillet with the peppers, and turn the heat off.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the ingredients so it melts slightly, serve hot.
