Keto Steak Fajita Skillet

Ingredients
  

Steak

  • 8 ounces sirloin tip steak
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

Skillet

  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Season the sirloin with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika, and rub with olive oil.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive over medium-high heat, sear the steak for 5 to 6 minutes per side ( depending on the thickness until cooked through to desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet, and set aside to rest.
  • Slice the bell pepper into strips, Turn the skillet heat down to medium-low, and cook the peppers until soft and browned with the remaining salt and pepper,
  • Slice the cooked steak into strips. Return them to the skillet with the peppers, and turn the heat off.
  • Sprinkle the cheese over the ingredients so it melts slightly, serve hot.
