Keto Blue Nettle-Berries Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh nettle tightlypacked
  • ½ large banana
  • 1 cup blueberries chopped
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 10 drops Stevia

Instructions
 

  • Sort through your fresh nettle and remove any large stems.
  • Blanch the nettle to remove the “sting.” Bring a pot of water to boil. Drop the leaves in the boiling water for two minutes. Strain.
  • Add nettle to the blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth well.
  • Serve.
