Keto Blue Nettle-Berries Protein Smoothie

- 2 cups fresh nettle tightlypacked
- ½ large banana
- 1 cup blueberries chopped
- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup cold water
- 10 drops Stevia
Sort through your fresh nettle and remove any large stems.
Blanch the nettle to remove the “sting.” Bring a pot of water to boil. Drop the leaves in the boiling water for two minutes. Strain.
Add nettle to the blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth well.
Serve.
