Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- ¼ t sea salt
- ¼ t black pepper
- ½ t garlic powder
- ¼ t paprika
- 2 lbs chicken wings pieces thawed
- ½ cup sugar-free BBQ sauce plus additional, if desired
- 2 T olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Brush the chicken wings with ¼ cup of the BBQ sauce and coat them with the spice mixture.
- Lightly grease a slow cooker with olive oil. Add the chicken wings. Top them with the remaining ¼ cup BBQ sauce.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken wings hot, with additional BBQ sauce, if desired.
