Ingredients
  

  • ¼ t sea salt
  • ¼ t black pepper
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • ¼ t paprika
  • 2 lbs chicken wings pieces thawed
  • ½ cup sugar-free BBQ sauce plus additional, if desired
  • 2 T olive oil for greasing

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, combine the sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Brush the chicken wings with ¼ cup of the BBQ sauce and coat them with the spice mixture.
  • Lightly grease a slow cooker with olive oil. Add the chicken wings. Top them with the remaining ¼ cup BBQ sauce.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve the chicken wings hot, with additional BBQ sauce, if desired.
