Keto Duck Breast with Collard Greens (Instant Pot)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup duck fat
- 1 green onion chopped
- 4 duck breasts skin removed
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb Collard greens fresh
- 1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped
Instructions
- Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot and heat duck fat; sauté the green onion about 2 - 3 minutes.
- Place seasoned duck breast in your Instant Pot.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 12 - 15 minutes.
- Use Quick Release - turn the valve from sealing to venting to release the pressure.
- Add the Collard greens, chives and season with the salt and pepper.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 3 minutes.
- Use Quick Release - turn the valve from sealing to venting to release the pressure.
- Serve hot.
