Keto Duck Breast with Collard Greens (Instant Pot)

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup duck fat
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 4 duck breasts skin removed
  • Kosher salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 lb Collard greens fresh
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot and heat duck fat; sauté the green onion about 2 - 3 minutes.
  • Place seasoned duck breast in your Instant Pot.
  • Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 12 - 15 minutes.
  • Use Quick Release - turn the valve from sealing to venting to release the pressure.
  • Add the Collard greens, chives and season with the salt and pepper.
  • Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 3 minutes.
  • Use Quick Release - turn the valve from sealing to venting to release the pressure.
  • Serve hot.
