Keto Duck Breast with Collard Greens (Instant Pot)

- 1/4 cup duck fat
- 1 green onion chopped
- 4 duck breasts skin removed
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 lb Collard greens fresh
- 1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped
Press SAUTÉ button on your Instant Pot and heat duck fat; sauté the green onion about 2 - 3 minutes.
Place seasoned duck breast in your Instant Pot.
Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 12 - 15 minutes.
Use Quick Release - turn the valve from sealing to venting to release the pressure.
Add the Collard greens, chives and season with the salt and pepper.
Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 3 minutes.
Use Quick Release - turn the valve from sealing to venting to release the pressure.
Serve hot.
