  • 4 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • Dash of black pepper

  • Add mushrooms to a non-stick baking sheet and brush with oil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 60 minutes in 300 degrees F, making sure to flip them thrice.
  • Serve and enjoy!
