Keto Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs
Ingredients
Fat bombs:
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup butter softened
- ½ cup smooth almond butter
- ½ cup golden monk fruit sweetener
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts
Frosting:
- 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
- 1 ½ ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 teaspoons golden monk fruit sweetener
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Using a stand mixer (or an electric mixer), mix all fat bomb ingredients until well combined.
- Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into balls, place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 45 minutes.
- Make the frosting by combining all ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle on top of the fat bombs and serve.
