Ingredients
  

Fat bombs:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup smooth almond butter
  • ½ cup golden monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup finely chopped walnuts

Frosting:

  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 teaspoons golden monk fruit sweetener
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Using a stand mixer (or an electric mixer), mix all fat bomb ingredients until well combined.
  • Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes.
  • Form the mixture into balls, place them on a tray lined with parchment paper and freeze for 45 minutes.
  • Make the frosting by combining all ingredients until smooth.
  • Drizzle on top of the fat bombs and serve.
