Ingredients
  

  • 12 bacon slices
  • tablespoon of unsweetened dark chocolate
  • tablespoon of coconut oil
  • teaspoon of liquid stevia

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Skewer bacon into iron skewers.
  • Arrange skewers and bake for 15 minutes until they show a crispy texture.
  • Transfer to a cooling rack.
  • Take a saucepan and place it over low heat, add coconut oil and let it melt.
  • Stir in coconut chocolate and heat until it melts.
  • Add stevia and gently stir.
  • Place crispy bacon on parchment paper and drizzle chocolate mix.
  • Let the chocolate harden.
  • Serve!
