Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 4 tablespoons tahini, sesame paste
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit and spoon out the flesh.
  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until thoroughly smooth.
  • Add more oil, lemon juice or water if you want to have a looser texture and add more spices if needed.
