Keto Almond Delight Muffins
Ingredients
- 6 ounces of almonds ground
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 whole egg
- 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon of Erythritol
- 1/3 cup of applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Line muffin tin with paper muffin cups, keep them on the side
- Mix in almonds, cinnamon, gluten-free baking powder, salt and keep it on the side
- Take another bowl and beat in eggs, apple cider vinegar, applesauce, Erythritol
- Add the mix to dry ingredients and mix well until you have a smooth batter
- Pour batter into the tin and bake for 20 minutes
- Once done, let them cool
- Serve and enjoy!
