Grilled Lamb Chops with Butter
Ingredients
- 8 lamb chops about 1 inch thick
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lard
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
Instructions
Season the Lamb Chops:
- Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels.
- Season both sides generously with salt.
- Brush each chop with lard.
Grill the Lamb Chops:
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve:
- Top each lamb chop with a slice of the butter.
- Serve immediately.
