Ground Beef and Egg Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Divide the cooked ground beef between two bowls.
Prepare the Eggs:
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).
- Season with a pinch of salt.
Assemble the Bowls:
- Place two cooked eggs on top of the ground beef in each bowl.
- Serve immediately.
