Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the Ground Beef:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Divide the cooked ground beef between two bowls.

Prepare the Eggs:

  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, etc.).
  • Season with a pinch of salt.

Assemble the Bowls:

  • Place two cooked eggs on top of the ground beef in each bowl.
  • Serve immediately.
