Garlic Butter Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs approx. 800g or 1.76 lbs
- 50 g 1.76 oz butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt.
- Mix butter and garlic, then spread over chicken.
- Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
Optional:
- For pan-seared cooking, set to medium heat. Add ghee or clarified butter andsear the chicken thighs, skin-sidedown, for about 5 minutes. Flipthe chicken thighs and continuecooking for 15-20 minutes oruntil the internal temperaturereaches 75°C (165°F)
