Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds approx. 900 g of diced chicken thighs
  • 1 pound approx. 450 g of Andouille sausage, sliced (ensure it’s free from fillers)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your slow cooker to low heat.
  • Place the diced chicken thighs and sliced Andouille sausage in the slow cooker.
  • Season with salt to taste and add optional Cajun seasoning for extra flavor (ensure it’s carnivore diet compliant).
  • Mix everything well.
  • Cook on low heat for approximately 6-7 hours, or until the meat is tender and fully cooked.
