Breakfast Ramen
Ingredients
- 4 T coconut oil
- 16 oz grass-fed sirloin steak
- 4 cups beef bone broth
- 1 T turmeric
- 1 T dried basil
Instructions
- Warm the beef bone broth in a medium saucepan.
- Melt the coconut oil into a large pan over low heat and cook the beef until medium-rare.
- Once cooked, remove the beef, slice it into thin slices and place it in a soup bowl.
- Pour the hot bone broth over the sliced beef and sprinkle with turmeric and dried basil.
