Ingredients
  

  • 4 T coconut oil
  • 16 oz grass-fed sirloin steak
  • 4 cups beef bone broth
  • 1 T turmeric
  • 1 T dried basil

Instructions
 

  • Warm the beef bone broth in a medium saucepan.
  • Melt the coconut oil into a large pan over low heat and cook the beef until medium-rare.
  • Once cooked, remove the beef, slice it into thin slices and place it in a soup bowl.
  • Pour the hot bone broth over the sliced beef and sprinkle with turmeric and dried basil.
