Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- Whole grain bread
- Neufchatel cream cheese or hummus
- 1 ripe avocado sliced Sea salt
- Everything bagel seasoning you can buy premade or make your own with sesame seeds, salt, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, black sesame seeds and poppy seeds
- Smoked salmon or fried egg (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Spread lightly with neufchatel, cream cheese, or hummus.
- Arrange sliced avocado on top and sprinkle with everything seasoning or simply sea salt.
- Add smoked salmon or a fried or hard boiled egg for additional protein (if desired).
