Avocado Toast

Ingredients
  

  • Whole grain bread
  • Neufchatel cream cheese or hummus
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced Sea salt
  • Everything bagel seasoning you can buy premade or make your own with sesame seeds, salt, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, black sesame seeds and poppy seeds
  • Smoked salmon or fried egg (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread.
  • Spread lightly with neufchatel, cream cheese, or hummus.
  • Arrange sliced avocado on top and sprinkle with everything seasoning or simply sea salt.
  • Add smoked salmon or a fried or hard boiled egg for additional protein (if desired).
