Ingredients
  

  • 2 T grass-fed butter melted
  • 2 lbs skinless boneless turkey breast, cut into
  • 1- inch cubes
  • 1 lb frozen mixed mushrooms
  • 1 white onion sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ t sea salt
  • ¼ t black pepper
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ t xanthan gum
  • cups cooked cauliflower rice if desired
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a slow cooker, add the butter, turkey, mushrooms, onion, water, sea salt, and black pepper.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  • After 2 hours, add the heavy cream and xanthan gum. Mix well. Cook for 1 hour, until the sauce is creamy.
  • Serve hot on its own or over cauliflower rice, if desired.
  • Garnish with the sliced green onions.
