Ingredients
  

  • 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 avocado pitted and chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 6 radishes chopped
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T sour cream or homemade mayonnaise
  • 1 t prepared mustard
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, avocado, bell pepper, radishes, and green onion.
  • Add the lemon juice, sour cream, and mustard. Stir well. Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
