Ingredients
- Plain yogurt greek, whole milk, or low fat
- Fresh or frozen fruit
- Granola look for less than 12-grams of sugar per serving
- use gluten free for phase 3
- Nuts/seeds/flax/chia/coconut
- Drizzle of 100% maple syrup or honey
Instructions
- Add ½ - 1 cup of yogurt to a bowl or container.
- Choose your favorite toppings.
- Layer as desired.
