Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • Plain yogurt greek, whole milk, or low fat
  • Fresh or frozen fruit
  • Granola look for less than 12-grams of sugar per serving
  • use gluten free for phase 3
  • Nuts/seeds/flax/chia/coconut
  • Drizzle of 100% maple syrup or honey

Instructions
 

  • Add ½ - 1 cup of yogurt to a bowl or container.
  • Choose your favorite toppings.
  • Layer as desired.
