Ingredients
Plain yogurt greek, whole milk, or low fat
Fresh or frozen fruit
Granola look for less than 12-grams of sugar per serving
use gluten free for phase 3
Nuts/seeds/flax/chia/coconut
Drizzle of 100% maple syrup or honey
Instructions
Add ½ - 1 cup of yogurt to a bowl or container.
Choose your favorite toppings.
Layer as desired.
