Ingredients
- 2 cups Bok choy fresh
- 1 cup of raw kale leaves thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- 1 cup coconut milk canned
- 1 cup water
- Stevia optional
Instructions
- Dump all ingredients in your blender; blend on high speed until smooth and combine well.
- If you want more sweet smoothie, add Stevia (optional).
