  • 1 cup of raw kale leaves thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk canned
  • 1 cup water
  • Stevia optional

Instructions
 

  • Dump all ingredients in your blender; blend on high speed until smooth and combine well.
  • If you want more sweet smoothie, add Stevia (optional).
  • Ready! Serve.
