Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 2 tablespoon of Erythritol
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup of walnuts chopped
- 2 cup of almond flour
- 4 tablespoon of butter soft
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F
- Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper
- Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients
- Mix all
- Use a spoon and scoop out cookie dough into 18 balls and transfer to the baking sheet
- Bake for 13 minute
- Let them cool and serve
- Enjoy!
