Keto Fettuccine
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325˚F, and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into baking dish, and bake for 8 minutes or until just set.
- Remove from the oven, and allow to cool for about 5 minutes
- With a spatula, gently remove the sheet of “pasta” from the pan, and place on a large cutting board.
- Slice lengthwise with a pizza cutter into ⅛-inch thick slices. If you don't have a pizza cutter, a sharp knife will work as well.
- Mix with your favorite sauce and serve.
