Keto Energy Boosting Keto Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 4-5 drops liquid Stevia optional
- Ice cubes if needed
Instructions
- Wash the mint leaves and spinach, halve and peel the avocado.
- Place all ingredients in your fast-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve in chilled glasses over ice (optional)
