Ingredients
  

  • pounds ground beef patties
  • Salt and pepper
  • 12 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Suggested burger ingredients:
  • lettuce
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Season the patties with salt and pepper. Cook them in a pan, or on a grill, over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer them to a plate and allow them to rest.
  • Using the patties as buns, assemble desire toppings on your "bun" as a regular burger.
