Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lamb Chops
  • 200 g 7 oz Salmon Fillet
  • 1 tsp Cooking fat tallow, ghee, or lard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by seasoning both the lamb chops and salmon fillet with salt and pepper, ensuring you season both sides evenly.
  • Next, heat a pan over medium-high heat and add your chosen cooking fat, waiting until the fat has heated thoroughly.
  • Following this, introduce the lamb chops to the pan. Allow them to cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, adjusting the cooking time according to your preferred level of doneness. Once cooked to your liking, remove the lamb chops from the pan and set them aside to rest.
  • Allow the salmon to cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it’s thoroughly cooked through.
  • After cooking, remove the salmon from the pan and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Finally, serve the lamb chops and salmon fillet together.
