Keto Simple “Baked” Pheasant (Instant Pot)
- 2 pheasant breasts
- 2 Tbsp ghee
- 1 spring onion only green parts, chopped
- 4 fennel bulbs trimmed and quartered
- 3 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Press the “Sauté” button to heat up your Instant Pot and add the ghee.
- Season the pheasants with the salt and pepper, and sauté in Instant Pot from all sides.
- Lock lid into place and set on the MANUAL setting for 25 minutes.
- Release pressure naturally for 5 minutes, and quick-release remaining pressure.
- Transfer pheasants with the rest of the ingredients to the serving plate.
- Serve hot.
