  • 1 cup coconut butter
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp stevia sweetener optional
  • 1 cup coconut shreds


  • Place all the ingredients except shredded coconut in a double boiler over medium heat.
  • Mix the ingredients until melt.
  • Remove the bowl from the heat.
  • Place in a fridge about one hour.
  • Shape small balls and roll them in a coconut shreds.
  • Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Serve and enjoy.
