- 1 cup coconut butter
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp stevia sweetener optional
- 1 cup coconut shreds
Place all the ingredients except shredded coconut in a double boiler over medium heat.
Mix the ingredients until melt.
Remove the bowl from the heat.
Place in a fridge about one hour.
Shape small balls and roll them in a coconut shreds.
Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate for one hour.
Serve and enjoy.
