Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp lard
  • 1/2 head cabbage chopped
  • Salt & fresh black pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Heat wok over medium-high heat.
  • Pour the lard and add the cabbage, salt, and cilantro; stir with the spatula for 30 seconds.
  • Keep stirring until the edges are lightly charred.
  • Add the bacon and stir well.
  • Turn off the heat, drizzle the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine everything well.
  • Taste and adjust salt to taste.
  • Serve.
