Keto Chinese Fried Cabbage with Bacon
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp lard
- 1/2 head cabbage chopped
- Salt & fresh black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp cilantro chopped3 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Heat wok over medium-high heat.
- Pour the lard and add the cabbage, salt, and cilantro; stir with the spatula for 30 seconds.
- Keep stirring until the edges are lightly charred.
- Add the bacon and stir well.
- Turn off the heat, drizzle the apple cider vinegar and stir to combine everything well.
- Taste and adjust salt to taste.
- Serve.
