Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pork belly sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lard

Instructions
 

Cook the Pork Belly:

  • Heat lard in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the pork belly slices and cook until crispy and golden on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  • Season with salt during the last few minutes of cooking.

Fry the Eggs:

  • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to desired doneness.

Serve:

  • Serve the crispy pork belly topped with fried eggs.
