Crispy Pork Belly with Fried Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork belly sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 4 large eggs
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon lard
Instructions
Cook the Pork Belly:
- Heat lard in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pork belly slices and cook until crispy and golden on both sides, about 7-8 minutes per side.
- Season with salt during the last few minutes of cooking.
Fry the Eggs:
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to desired doneness.
Serve:
- Serve the crispy pork belly topped with fried eggs.
