Beef and Broccoli
Ingredients
- 2 cups beef stock
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 T minced fresh ginger
- 1 T sesame oil
- 1 T grass-fed butter melted
- ½ t garlic powder
- 1½ lbs flank steak sliced into ¼-inch thick strips
- 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 2 cups red bell pepper cut into 1-inch squares
- 1½ cups cooked cauliflower rice optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the beef stock, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, butter, and garlic powder.
- In a slow cooker, place the beef, broccoli, and bell pepper. Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until the sauce is thickened.
- Serve with cauliflower rice, if desired.
