Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups beef stock
  • ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 T minced fresh ginger
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • 1 T grass-fed butter melted
  • ½ t garlic powder
  • lbs flank steak sliced into ¼-inch thick strips
  • 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups red bell pepper cut into 1-inch squares
  • cups cooked cauliflower rice optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the beef stock, soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, butter, and garlic powder.
  • In a slow cooker, place the beef, broccoli, and bell pepper. Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until the sauce is thickened.
  • Serve with cauliflower rice, if desired.
