- 1 and half tbsp. coconut oil
- Half Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. dried unsweetened coconut flakes
1.) Melt the coconut oil and then mix it with the protein powder. Stir in the peanut butter and then pour it onto a plate covered in parchment paper. Top with dried unsweetened coconut flakes and then place in the fridge until hard.

Sweet Potato Fries

Until now. Here’s how you can make a healthier version. This carrot cake granola recipe will be a sure hit and when placed over some Greek yogurt… delicious! Now you can satisfy your cravings WITHOUT sabotaging your diet.
- 1 cup rolled oats
- Half cup shredded carrots
- Half cup pecans
- Half cup slivered almonds
- Quarter cup unsweetened dried coconut
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. melted coconut oil
- Cinnamon, salt, ginger, and nutmeg to taste
- Quarter cup raisins
- 2 cups plain low fat Greek yogurt
1.) Heat the oven to 350 degree. Mix together all the ingredients except the Greek yogurt and then place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Once finished, remove and let cool. Serve on top of the Greek yogurt.
