Tuna Tahini Salad
Ingredients
- ½ Can Tuna packed in water, drained & flaked
- ¼ Medium Green Apple diced
- ¼ Medium Red Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ Cup Red Onion diced
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Dashes Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Dash Chili Powder
- ½ Teaspoon Cumin
- Salt + Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor blend tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, and spices, seasoning with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, flake tuna, and add onion, celery and apples. Add yogurt mixture, toss and lightly coat.
