Tuna Tahini Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Can Tuna packed in water, drained & flaked
  • ¼ Medium Green Apple diced
  • ¼ Medium Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ¼ Cup Red Onion diced
  • 1 Tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 3 Dashes Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Dash Chili Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor blend tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, and spices, seasoning with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, flake tuna, and add onion, celery and apples. Add yogurt mixture, toss and lightly coat.
