Creamy Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ounces Shrimp cooked
  • 1 Cup Carrot diced
  • 1 Cup Cucumber diced
  • 1 Ounce Mild Cheddar Cheese raw + shredded
  • 1 Splash Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Dash Black Pepper
  • 1 Dash Sea Salt
  • 1 Dash Garlic Powder
  • 1 Dash Cayenne Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sauté shrimp in butter and add in black pepper, sea salt and garlic powder. In a separate, appropriate sized bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, lemon, cayenne pepper, and raw cheddar cheese until smooth. Add into yogurt mixture, the diced cucumber and carrots. Lastly, add in cooked shrimp. Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving. Best served chilled.
