Tuna Luna Salad
Ingredients
- ½ Can Tuna packed in water, drained & flaked
- ½ Cup Red/Green Leaf Lettuce
- ¼ Medium Green Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ Medium Tomato diced
- 2 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Salsa
- Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In an appropriately sized bowl, combine yogurt, salsa, pepper and salt, mixing well. Add in tuna and diced green pepper and toss to coat. Serve atop bed of lettuce and add diced tomato.
