Keto Zucchini Smoothie with Fennel
Ingredients
- 1 cup fennel bulb shredded
- 2 cups zucchini peeled, chopped
- 5 Tbs fresh parsley chopped
- 2 stalks celery chopped
- 1 small cucumber chopped
- 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves to garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients.
- Blend until well incorporated.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve cold.
