Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fennel bulb shredded
  • 2 cups zucchini peeled, chopped
  • 5 Tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped
  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • 1 scoop of grass fed collagen protein powder
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients.
  • Blend until well incorporated.
  • Garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve cold.
