  • 3/4 cup GF all-purpose fl our
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup gluten-free buffalo sauce
  • Dairy-free ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth to create your batter.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s well coated. Gently shake off any excess batter and place the florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the florets are golden and starting to crisp.
  • While the cauliflower is baking, heat the buffalo sauce in a small pot over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through. Once the cauliflower is done, carefully toss the baked florets in the warmed buffalo sauce. Ensure each piece is well coated, then return them to the baking sheet.
  • Bake for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce. Serve the cauliflower buffalo bites hot with dairy-free ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side. Celery and carrot sticks make great companions for a complete snacking experience.

Tip:

  • For a crispier texture, you can increase the oven temperature slightly or broil the florets for a couple of minutes at the end of baking. Just keep a close eye on them to prevent burning
