Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 3 T grass-fed butter melted
- ½ cup hot sauce
- 1 T garlic powder
- 2 t paprika
- 1 t sea salt
- 2½ lbs chicken wings
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, add the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, place the chicken wings in a single layer, if possible. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the chicken wings and stir well to coat the wings with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.
Optional:
- For crispy Buffalo wings, preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the cooked chicken wings on a baking pan and cook the chicken wings in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Top the Buffalo wings with the green onions and serve with the sour cream.
