Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 3 T grass-fed butter melted
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 2 t paprika
  • 1 t sea salt
  • lbs chicken wings
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, add the butter, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and sea salt and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • In a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker, place the chicken wings in a single layer, if possible. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the chicken wings and stir well to coat the wings with the sauce.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours.

Optional:

  • For crispy Buffalo wings, preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the cooked chicken wings on a baking pan and cook the chicken wings in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Top the Buffalo wings with the green onions and serve with the sour cream.
