Summer Time Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ Cup Quinoa cooked
  • 2 Stalks Asparagus steamed/blanched
  • ½ Cup Zucchini quartered or sliced
  • 2 Strawberries sliced
  • ½ Radish sliced
  • 1 Ounce Cannellini Beans
  • 1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Dill fresh + sliced
  • Sea Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cook quinoa and mix in sliced zucchini, radishes, strawberries, cannellini beans and steamed/blanched asparagus. Add in olive oil, dill and sea salt.
