Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Quinoa cooked
- 2 Stalks Asparagus steamed/blanched
- ½ Cup Zucchini quartered or sliced
- 2 Strawberries sliced
- ½ Radish sliced
- 1 Ounce Cannellini Beans
- 1 Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Dill fresh + sliced
- Sea Salt
Instructions
- Cook quinoa and mix in sliced zucchini, radishes, strawberries, cannellini beans and steamed/blanched asparagus. Add in olive oil, dill and sea salt.
