Steak + Pepper Crunch Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Ounces Beef Tenderloin grilled/broiled + cubed/sliced
- 2 Mini Bell Peppers chopped
- 1 Handful Romaine Lettuce
- 1 Handful Spinach
- 1 Tablespoons Almonds sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toss the spinach and baby Romaine lettuce in a bowl with balsamic vinegar. Add in bell peppers, almonds, and beef. Serve as is or toss with one of recommended salad dressings.
