Steak + Pepper Crunch Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ounces Beef Tenderloin grilled/broiled + cubed/sliced
  • 2 Mini Bell Peppers chopped
  • 1 Handful Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 Handful Spinach
  • 1 Tablespoons Almonds sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Toss the spinach and baby Romaine lettuce in a bowl with balsamic vinegar. Add in bell peppers, almonds, and beef. Serve as is or toss with one of recommended salad dressings.
