Breakfast Sausage Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ounces Pork Sausage ground + brown
  • 1 Cup Brown Mushrooms sliced
  • ½ Medium Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Teaspoon Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Brown sausage. Add in mushrooms and peppers. Season with sea salt and pepper. Add spinach to the sauté pan and cook until wilted or simply place fresh spinach onto a plate and top with sausage mixture.
