Steak + Caramelized Onions Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ounces Steak broiled/grilled + sliced
  • 1 ½ Cups Lettuce romaine/butter/green leaf
  • ¼ Medium Red Onion sliced
  • ¼ Tablespoon avocado oil
  • ¼ Tablespoon Butter
  • A Small Handful Cranberries dried
  • 1 Tablespoon Feta Cheese
  • 2 Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • Salt + Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in a sauté pan on medium heat. Once the butter is melted, add sliced onions, cook, stirring often, until caramelized (soft + brown). This will take approximately 10-15 minutes. In a larger pan, heat avocado oil on medium. Place lettuce on desired serving platter and top with onions, steak, cherry tomatoes, cranberries and feta cheese. Serve as is or toss with one of recommended salad dressings.
