Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ounces Shrimp cooked
  • ¼ Medium Avocado cubed
  • ¼ Mango fresh
  • 1 Small Handful Bell Pepper diced)
  • ¼ Bunch Cilantro diced
  • 1 Handful Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Sauté shrimp in butter, set aside. Cut mango into ½”-1” cubes. Add in shrimp, avocado, bell pepper, cilantro. Place mixture over a handful of spinach for each serving. Serve as is or toss with one of recommended salad dressings.
