Shrimp Salad
Ingredients
- 3 Ounces Shrimp cooked
- ¼ Medium Avocado cubed
- ¼ Mango fresh
- 1 Small Handful Bell Pepper diced)
- ¼ Bunch Cilantro diced
- 1 Handful Spinach
Instructions
- Sauté shrimp in butter, set aside. Cut mango into ½”-1” cubes. Add in shrimp, avocado, bell pepper, cilantro. Place mixture over a handful of spinach for each serving. Serve as is or toss with one of recommended salad dressings.
